Even during the global pandemic, the Adeo POS team monitors legal changes and prepares new features for you.
As already announced, from the 1st of April 2020 amendments to the Fiscalisation law take effect and the obligation to fiscalize accompanying documents for taxpayers starts.
The accompanying documents for which the obligation of fiscalisation starts are tenders, orders, pro forma invoices, quotations, etc.
They are issued when the delivery of the product or services has already begun or it is certain that there will be a delivery chargeable with cash or cards.
For each tender / order / pro forma invoice, etc., a corresponding invoice must be created also when delivery is complete.
The taxpayer who chooses to issue fiscalized offers or similar documents must register with the Tax Administration (via e-Porezna or in person) as an entity that issues accompanying documents on their premises.
After you choose to fiscalize offers, please send us the request to include offer fiscalization to support@adeopos.com.
This service, as well as other functionalities that you regularly get by updating the application, is free of charge and is included in the price of your license.

- Print orders functionality on Android devices is being revoked due to this new legislative.
Changes to Cloud and Android are automatically available from today to all users and no additional system updates are required.
