Legislation in Croatia requires that all invoices, paid by means other than bank transfer, be online registered with the Tax Administration (RS). This process is called fiscalization of invoices. The legislation has been in force since 2013, with amendments. Since then, a very similar model has been introduced in Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Montenegro, Serbia, and other surrounding countries.
